  • Job Description
    Healdsburg District Hospital is looking for Clinical Educator. This is a contract position.
    Develops, implements, and leads activities to maintain and improve professional competence and growth of hospital staff. Designs creative and interactive learning opportunities; evaluates program outcomes.
  • Requirements
    MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
    Licensure and Certification: Current California Registered Nursing License; BLS certification
    Education Required: BachelorÔ s degree in Nursing
    Experience Required: Extensive clinical nursing experience in an acute care and skilled care settings. At least two years education experience
    PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
    MasterÔ s degree in Nursing
    ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
    • Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, multi-task and follow through skills
    • Competency determination and verification in clinical and non-clinical areas; ability to facilitate training and development of staff in mandatory competencies
    • Interpret and apply Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, and coordinate accreditation and State audits and surveys.
    • Demonstrated ability to work/teach and collaborate in multicultural environments.
    • Ability to adapt interpersonal style to suit different people and / or situation
    • Takes initiative, acts with confidence and works under own direction
    • Listens, consults others and communicates proactively; demonstrated effective communication skills.
    • Relates well to people at all levels
    • Advanced computer software skills (Microsoft Office)
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
