Senior Quality Systems Engineer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following, other duties may be assigned.
Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the ISO 9001/AS9100 quality management system.
Prepare NC and metrics reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data regarding quality process/product capabilities, problems & trends, and quality related design & development topics.
Coordinate/facilitate program and site corrective action boards including preparation of presentations, metrics and data analysis.
Develop and assist with development of standard operating procedures, including solicitation of functional department input and participation in process development.
Utilize statistical tools for problem solving, continuous improvement and scrap reduction.
Promote effective resolution to quality problems with the focus on true root cause & verified corrective actions and ensure timely & meaningful responses to customer quality concerns.
Lead the internal audit process. Schedule and perform audit activities, to include pre-audit planning, audit execution and evaluation and post-audit follow-up and recommendations.
Customer Liaison as required.
Major Competencies/Skills:
Four-year engineering degree with preferred 4 years of experience as a Quality Systems Engineer or Systems Engineer.
Strong understanding of the ISO 9001/AS9100 quality management system requirements.
Experience with Quality Information Systems software with preferred knowledge of TipQA NC management system.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills to communicate and work with employees at all levels of the organization.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities.
Results oriented with a strong sense of personal responsibility.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software, including MS Office applications and use of quality and statistical tools.
Key focal point for Quality Systems and Process certifications. Work closely with ISO9001:/AS9100 Registrar. Coordinates and maintains schedule. Develop, revise and coordinate changes to Quality System Procedures and Instructions.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
