Your work location is a beautiful 10-acre outdoor property on the Russian River, surrounded by the vineyards of Alexander Valley.
You will be just 5 minutes to 101 and 10 minutes to Healdsburg.
The Role We view your role as an essential part of our guest services offering and the key to getting 5-star reviews and repeat visits.
Your presence and attitude are as important as your ability to clean and organize.
Your Responsibilities Report to the Reception to get the list of tents to be cleaned Clean thoroughly the tents and cabins and make the beds according to Wildhaven standards (tents do not have bathrooms) Report any issues, broken, missing items to the reception Prepare linen for cleaning and store clean linen Clean public restroom buildings per instructions, replenishing paper and soap as needed.

Requirements Read, write, speak and understand basic English Strong customer service skills Strict attention to detail and follow through Ability to work independently or as part of a team, and complete assigned tasks Ability to stand and walk on paved, unpaved, uneven and sometimes slippery surfaces for extended periods of time.
Ability to operate and ride in golf carts to travel between supply areas and tents.
Ability to climb stairs.
Ability to remain balanced; Stoop, squat, kneel, crouch, twist, turn, push, pull, grasp, and reach down, forward and overhead repetitively.
Manual dexterity to grasp and handle sheets, brooms, vacuums, etc.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds daily.
You work takes place in both inside and outside environmental conditions:
Please be comfortable working in potentially adverse conditions such as extreme heat and/or cold, wind, humidity and sometimes rainy weather.
Experience High school degree preferred 1
years experience in a housekeeping service role in hospitality Attitude Positive and Smiling:
You like to smile in front of co-workers and guests, etc.
Drama Free:
