Summary:
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Clinical Operations (DCO) is responsible for the direction, efficiency, and effectiveness of Alliance Medical Center's (AMC) clinical operations.
The DCO has clinical oversight over the operations of the Operations department including the nursing department, front office, call center, and facilities.
The executive leader in this role devotes sufficient time to administrative responsibilities, to ensure proper administration and management of AMC clinics, and ensures AMC's compliance with local, State and Federal regulations.
The DCO actively over sees clinical staff and clinical programs at all sites; participates and supports AMC's QA/QI department and activities; participates and supports AMC's risk management program; and works with the leadership team to manage overall health center activities, including developing and implementing AMC's Strategic Plan in collaboration with AMC leaders.
The DCO must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of healthcare operations and regulations.
They must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Additionally, they should have a passion for improving healthcare access and outcomes for underserved populations.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Direct oversight of the Nursing Staff and Operations Supervisors and clinical oversight of clinical support staff including Nurses, Medical Assistants, Community Health Workers, and Front Office Receptionists, Call Center Agents, amongst others; Ensures compliance with Local, State and Federal regulations relative to the accreditation and licensing requirements and quality improvement program specifications; Responsible for implementation of AMC's Infection Control program and ensures internal compliance; chairs the AMC Infection Control Committee as required; Responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of Emergency Preparedness Plan; Serves as AMC lead for clinical audits by Partnership, Vaccines for Children, CA Health/Disability Prevention and others; Actively participates on QA/QI Committee and regularly initiates and/or supports QA/QI activities to improve population health management initiatives; Provides strategic direction utilizing the Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) process to identify opportunities for improvement in and patient flow and scheduling changes; Collaborates with CMO (Chief Medical Officer) to optimize patient access and clinical team productivity; Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Education/Experience Registered Nurse licensure required; Bachelor's degree required, in Nursing or related health care degree; A minimum of 7 years' experience in healthcare, with at least 5 years of recent supervisory / management experience within the healthcare industry required, ambulatory experience preferred; Experience working at a Federally Qualified Health Center, Indian Health Center, or a multi-site non-profit ambulatory clinic, required; Bilingual verbal skill in Spanish is desirable but not required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
