Responsibilities:
Follow-up with leads to increase sales Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homesNurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales o Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experienceo Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volumeo Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding communityo Follow-up with leads to increase sales o Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needso Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings to ensure quick saleso Respond to customers' calls, emails, and web requestso Work with clients to stage, price, and market homes
Qualifications:
Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skillsTech savvy Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growthShow good organizational and time management skillsPast sales experience is preferredo Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologieso Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your caro Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervisiono Driven, motivated, and desires professional growtho A valid Real Estate License is required for this jobo Must be at least 18 years oldo High school diploma o Valid driver's license o Present yourself in a professional manner o Must be able to work full-time plus evenings, with no exceptionso Ability to work a flexible schedule o Weekdays and weekend availability is a must o The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment o Verbal and written communication skillso Retail customer service experience is a pluso Showing Assistant experience is preferredo Real Estate license REQUIREDAbout Company:
