Responsibilities:
Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare specialty cocktails Follow all open and close bar procedures and checklists Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Preferred
Qualifications:
2 years' experience in a qualified restaurant A passion for hospitality, food and beverage, and the guest experience Proven working experience serving wine and specialty cocktail Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean Written and verbal comprehension of English language Team oriented Tips certified Fine Dining experience a plus
