Responsibilities:
Must have a strong sense of urgency Work with fellow FOH and BOH staff in a courteous and professional manner Always engage with guests in an engaging and friendly manner Build knowledge of the menu, both food and wine Ability to suggestively sell based on guest preference Take food and beverage orders from guests accurately Deliver food and beverage orders from guests accurately Preferred
Qualifications:
2 years' experience in a qualified restaurant A passion for hospitality, food and beverage, and the guest experience Wine and POS system knowledge is a plus Written and verbal comprehension of English language Team oriented Fine Dining experience a plus
