Summary:
Production Assembly will perform assembly tasks on a production line.
Supervisory
Responsibilities:
None.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Responsible for assembly production work on a production line.
Follows instructions given by production foreperson.
Monitors production line.
Counts out and sorts materials.
Packs materials into cartons.
Applies appropriate labels to cartons based on contents.
Ensures that workstation is kept in clean and safe condition.
Follows safety guidelines and regulations.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Ability to follow instructions and learn the production process.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
On-the-job training provided.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing.
Must wear required hearing and eye protection.
Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.
