Are you ready to love coming to work everyday? Come join our team! The primary responsibilities of The Supply Place associates are:
Provide excellent customer service to our customers by listening, identifying their needs and responding with solutions and product recommendations.
Sell, start and show customers how to use outdoor power equipment.
Identify equipment and use a computer to look up illustrated parts listings, identify and order parts for customers.
Support the small engine mechanics through parts ordering and organization.
Accurately take and fulfill customer orders both in person and over the phone.
Safely operate shop equipment such as saws, grinders and other power equipment.
Assembly of merchandise to be displayed in store.
This is a entry level position with the opportunity to learn and advance into small engine mechanics.
Minimum Requirements:
Possess a strong willingness to learn.
Outdoor power equipment experience preferred, but we are willing to train.
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and some holidays.
Must be able to move and stand for an extended period of time.
Must be able to lift, move and handle up to 50 pounds frequently.
