4 1 day ago Full Job Description Responsible for BI projects and support servicing all business segments of the company.
Is a liaison between the business users and IT.
Is the first level of support for the company BI Help Desk, responding to user requests, identifying various needs training, causes of trouble, modification etc.
Primary day-to-day responsibility for maintaining the BI environment and its data integrity.
This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects and systems requirements.
Responsible for working with teammates for daily production support of BI environment.
Applies proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments.
Essential Functions:
Develops working relationships with a diverse group of business users and gain an understanding of the complex nature of the companys business.
Maintains familiarity with the business plans/goals of the company and the departments serviced by the IT Teams.
Serves as the first escalation level for support of Business Intelligence (BI) Help Desk Ticket requests.
This requires an understanding of the functional area business of an ERP system.
Will require troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Creates and modifies SSRS Reports.
Understands ERP data tables and functional requirements and analyses the data as necessary to help the user make decisions.
Assists users with data integrity checks.
Assists functional areas with user testing and training.
Works to help users become more efficient using the BI tools.
Liaisons with BI team on various Corporate dashboard reports and forms.
Assists Sr.
BSA and ERP Project Manager as required and on special ERP projects.
Maintains a professional awareness of tools and techniques used to improve the quality of service.
Provides business users with process documentation.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS:
Provides creative solutions to user areas and also contribute ideas to improve the function, reliability, and quality of services from IT.
Working with teammates, develops skill set to assist users with requested modification testing.
Ability to test per the specification and identify in-scope and out-of-scope results.
Understands user requests, develop functional specifications, and update internal MOD List.
Works closely with the Support, IT Infrastructure and Data Architecture teams troubleshooting system issues.
Defines and analyzes current state business processes.
Designs, proposes and deploys optimal solutions.
Requires an understanding of SQL query design best practices.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Technical Competencies:
BA/BS in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of two (2) years systems analysis experience.
Good working knowledge of BI systems.
Experience should be in Microsoft environment, including but not limited to Windows Desktop and Server Operating systems.
ERP familiarity is desired with Epicor/Kinetic experience preferred.
Experience with Microsoft SQL, cloud technologies is desired.
Experience with Microsoft Excel, including use of formulas and pivot tables.
Experience in use and management of reporting tools, specifically, MS SQL Server Reporting Services.
SSIS is desired.
Experience with Tableau or PowerBI is desired.
Experience working in manufacturing environments is a plus.
Pay Range $66,000 - $76,000/year Based on experience.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
